Arrival and Check In

The Judges Library is situated within the Old Town walls, that date back to the 13th. Century - So Quay Street wasn’t built to accommodate modern vehicles – that’s part of its charm. However public transport and car parks are just a few minutes walk - just beyond the old Town walls.

If you are lucky you might find a free Parking space on Little Bridge Street, or alongside the river, but these are short stay during daytime; parking is allowed there overnight and all day on Sundays. Turn right on Little Bridge Street and it becomes Quay Street. The Judges Library is the only Stone Cottage in Quay street.Although you cannot park on Quay Street, it is quiet enough to pull up right outside the front door of the Judges Library, so it is easy for you to offload.
