Lindsay - Architect and Author
Rachel's house was well-known; it won Grand Designs Britain's Best Eco-House in 2008. For Lindsay the days of being an Architect are over; now he designs and builds just for us. He prefers to do the building work himself, and we now have 26 years of handcrafted details for our guests to enjoy.
The Secret of Home
Lindsay’s book: The Secret of Home, was published in 2008; it is still in print and available through Amazon. Based on 13 years research into the psychology of home; Lindsay ran workshops around the UK and abroad, and now our guests can spend some time with him learning to see their home as a mirror of themselves, and how to improve their well-being by working with their home.
Jackie - Therapist and Torch Carrier
Jackies work and passion has been all about health; Starting with a Degree in Psychology she became a Shaistu therapist and then trained in other therapies. She taught Womens Health, and ran 'homesouls' workshops with Lindsay.
Jackie now offers our guests therapies for relaxation and healing.
Her interest in health extended into the wider community; running a basketball club for all ages, and in 2012 was honoured with carrying the Olympic Torch.
